"The burglar's protruding tongue is sticking out of his head sock as his crowbar nervously tries to break in the back door of the neighborhood church. A light bulb is flickering in a filthy kitchen while a serial killer manically rushes through the newspaper pages in hope to find his latest masterpiece. A hungry dog is violently pulling the leg of a mutilated victim left behind the bushes of a nearby park. A homeless man tripped and fell down on the train tracks of an U-Bahn station while the only bystander was minding his own business blasting Chrome's - Alien Soundtracks on his headphones. An ambulance siren lightens up a damaged facade of a building in east Berlin as an overdosed teenager is lying vacuumed in a body bag. There's a nosy silhouette peeping through a window in the suburbs listening to the sobs of a woman that's about to leave her family tonight. A black cat is slipping through the cracked door of a basement apartment. There's a constant static noise spreading from a scrambled TV program from an opened room. A man in the long coat observes the church burglary with a smirk on his face and then vanishes into the night..."

Second tape from Berlin's CCW brings you 6 new grave hits that brings to mind early industrial, experimental post-punk and maybe even some minimal wave? Add some Flipper and Big Black bass vibes with some garage-y lo-fi take on earlier Killing Joke plus some out of space Chrome swagger and maybe that's a spot on? Marian also listened early Earth recordings a lot while recording this one, so maybe you can feel dopey drone influence as well? Not sure if this all makes sense but I do hope there will be more CCW recordings in the future!
